Description : Felix is one of the many dogs from we have saved from deathrow at the city dog pound May of 2023. He was a very malnourished dog desperate to be rescued. He underwent a long rehabilitation from skin problems and blood parasites but as soon as he was feeling better and free, we noticed just about how active and sweet he is. He is one of the many sociable dogs at Balay Pawssion.
