Pawssion Project
Pawssion Project is a non-profit organization founded in October 2018 by Malou Perez, sparked by the heartbreaking reality of dogs on death row—scheduled to be killed by gunshot.
What started in Bacolod with nothing but hope, courage, and a small circle of passionate supporters, quickly grew into a nationwide movement. Following that first life-saving pound rescue, the outpouring of calls for help became impossible to ignore. By mid-2019, a second shelter was opened in Bulacan.
Since then, Pawssion Project has rescued over 3,000 abused and neglected animals—and found loving homes for more than 2,000 of them.
