Description : Abandoned, surrendered, neglected. Louis was rescued from the pound with a make shift “harness” made of wire that made him look like a hand bag. That’s why he was called Louis. After months of rehabilitation, Louis gained his health and confidence back. He is now one of the most hyper, welcoming and goofiest rescues at Balay Pawssion and also one of our ambassadogs.
