Description: Sparkle was a very tiny puppy infested with ticks and fleas when we rescued her during the pandemic. She is one of the sweetest rescues and had to be put in a kennel for the longest time because she would always find a way to escape and stay in the streets. Eventually, we flew her to our Bacolod shelter when we were losing the Bulacan shelter and then, she felt at home.
