Affectionately known as Lolo Raf, he has remained gentle, kind, and quietly sweet through it all. He’s a calm, laid-back soul who’s a little shy at first but warms up with love and patience. Lolo Raf is fully vaccinated and thriving under our care, but as a senior dog with ongoing needs, he depends on continued support.
