Description : Licia was a stray born with a deformed leg. She would frequent the space outside one of the old malls in Bacolod and she would rely on food and left overs given to her by kind people. She was reported to us by a fellow advocate and strayfeeder because she feared Licia would be hurt by others who do not like strays and also by cars on the main road. She is a bit aloof and reserved but we are certain that with the right humans and right home, she can easily warm up.
