Description: Biba was found as the lone surviving puppy by a strayfeeder in Bacolod. She was part of a litter that slowly dwindled, all likely lost to parvo, and when help arrived, she was the only one left. Biba herself tested positive for parvo, but she fought hard and pulled through. She was later taken in by Mama Beth, a nurturing dog who adopted her as her own. Today, Biba carries the memory of her siblings with her and stands as proof of resilience and second chances.
