My Story: Voltaire was surrendered to the Shelter as his previous owner could no longer take care of him. He currently has bowel problems and is undergoing treatment at the shelter. When Voltaire is not able to take his maintenance medicines, he finds it hard to poop, so sometimes our caretakers would have to do manual bowel evacuation.
