My Story:

Lassy was hit by a car along Las Villas in Bacolod. Reporter Rha, who also is a strayfeeder, was very kind enough to eventually secure her and bring her home for safety. Poor Lassy was in so much pain and was panting, and emergency cases have always been a problem in a lot of provinces because of the lack of 24/7 vet clinics. Thankfully, Lassy made it through the night and was rescued by 2 of our volunteers and strayfeeders as well, JP and Sam.

Mama Lassy and all her 6 puppies are thriving well now. She gets some therapy in the morning and she is slowly walking on her own after the accident that really hurt her hind legs! What a fighter our mama Lassy is! 🤎
