My Story:
Meet Sundae, another one of atleast 50 new rescues our shelters have accommodated. Sundae is a hit and run victim and has been confined at the vet since October 2022. Fellow AW group Bach Project rescued him and then his “owners” messaged them, but did not really go to the vet.
We have already sent and discharged a number of rescues from the vet where he was confined and he is still there. They said he was aggressive but we are very certain it is because he was just confined in a cage.
We took him in more than a week ago and look at him today! He is just way too happy to be walking around the shelter which he now considers home 🤍
Sundae needs to be on calcium supplements and we will try to do therapy for him as well. Please considering sponsoring him or donating for his needs and let us altogether make him feel seen and loved.
