My Story:
We first met Stella when we started our Stray Feeding Program in the Art District of Bacolod. Ever since our very first interaction with Stella, she has always been so loving and trusting. She would always run towards us and cry for joy every time we arrive to feed her. After enjoying a meal, she would play and ask for belly rubs, and would look away every time we leave, as if saying she cannot bear to see us go.
We rescued her just in time for new year (2021), since we noticed a big lump on her belly. We later found out she has hernia, and she was scheduled immediately for surgery. She now lives the happiest life in our Bacolod shelter where she enjoys both other rescues’ and our caretakers’ company.
