Terms and Conditions for Donation Payments
By making a donation to Pawssion Project Foundation Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Shelter”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Section 1 – Donation Policy
All donations made to the Shelter are voluntary contributions to support our mission of providing care and shelter to animals in need. Donations may be made online through our website, direct transfers to our Official Donation Channels, or in person at our facility.
Section 2 – Donation Acknowledgment
The Shelter will provide an acknowledgment for all donations communicated to: donations@pawssionproject.org. Kindly email your proof of donation and specify in the subject your desired beneficiary of the donation (if applicable). Please note that the Shelter is not able to provide a tax-exemption receipt for donations.
Section 3 – Issuance of Official Receipt
The Shelter can provide an Official Receipt and Certificate of Donation if needed. Kindly email us for the request: donations@pawssionproject.org
Section 4 – Donation Use
Donations made to the Shelter will be used to support our programs and operations, including but not limited to animal care, facility maintenance, veterinary expenses, and community outreach efforts. The Shelter reserves the right to allocate donations as needed to fulfill our mission.
Section 5 – Monthly Donation Program
If you choose to make a monthly donation to the Shelter, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your monthly donation. You may cancel or modify your monthly donation at any time by contacting us directly or accessing your donor account on our website. Please note that monthly donations are processed automatically each month and are non-refundable. By enrolling in our monthly donation program, you agree to these terms and authorize the Shelter to charge your payment method accordingly.
Recurring Payments via Paymongo: By agreeing to recurring payments, the cardholder authorizes PayMongo to automatically deduct payment from the given credit/debit card account until he/she revokes such authorization. The payments shall be charged at the start of each billing cycle, which shall be dependent on the agreed products/plans. After the processing of payment, the Merchant shall reach out to the cardholder if his/her payment is successful or not. PayMongo shall not be held liable for the Merchant’s failure to notify the cardholder regarding the payment status. The cardholder further acknowledges and agrees that the billing cycle and amount to be deducted are dependent on the instructions made by the Merchant to PayMongo.
Section 6 – Donor Privacy
The Shelter respects the privacy of our donors and will not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties, except as required by law or with the donor’s consent. Donors may opt-out of receiving communications from the Shelter at any time by contacting us directly.
Section 7 – Refund Policy
Donations made to the Shelter are non-refundable. In the event of an error in processing your donation, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Section 8 – Donation Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding a donation, please contact the Shelter’s administration to address the issue promptly. We are committed to resolving any concerns or discrepancies in a fair and transparent manner.
Section 9 – Changes to Terms
The Shelter reserves the right to modify or update these donation terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
